We conduct comprehensive inspections of your property at least once every six months (or as otherwise agreed) and provide a detailed written report on its condition. In addition, we will advise you of any recommended upgrades and the appropriate timing for them.

We strive to respond to all phone calls and emails within the same business day. Enquiries received after 3:00 pm will be addressed no later than 12:00 pm on the following business day.

All communication, payments and legal actions related to your property will be recorded and securely documented for complete transparency and accountability.

Urgent maintenance requests will be actioned within 3 to 5 working hours.
Non-urgent or regular maintenance requests will be responded to within 1 to 2 business days.

We will actively minimise rental arrears: we will intiate communication with tenants within first 3 days and you will be notified no later than 7 days (giving tenants opportunity to pay or agree to a proposed payment plan) and in compliance with NSW legislation issue termination notices where rent is 14 days in arrears.

We will review your property’s rent every 12 months and provide you with a written report to ensure you are receiving the maximum return in line with market conditions.
